we came to mesa club because i love how theyre remodeled (new kitchen, carpet, bathrooms etc) they were also the best in henderson for the price which is reasonable compared to others around. they also had a great move in special and low deposit.

now having said that...

about a month in we had a major flood. went through our whole living room, kitchen and part of both bedrooms. the maintenence guy took almost 2 hours from the time i called to get to our apartment because it was 7 in the morning and he lived off site. as he took his time the water just got deeper. mesa club tore out all our carpet replaced the padding and put in these huge fans for 3 days. it was about 90 degrees in there we were told not to turn them off. no compensation for anything. after the flood huge stains started appearing on our carpet we were told there was nothing they could do.

they said the pool was supposed to be open right after we moved in... it was 2 months later. and then it was closed for another month again because they didnt meet health requirements. in the middle of summer.

the staff has been alright to me except for the flood incident.

were on the lower floor and i understand that its common to see a roach now and then in an apartment but this place is CRAWLING with roaches. i have them spray and find huge dead ones all over every since ive moved in its probably 5 new ones a day. i dont cook in here and its very clean and we still cant get rid of these things its so disgusting.

if you want to live with bugs the size of cats then mesa club is awesome.

Wow, did you move into my old apartment? It sure sounds like it. If you haven't read about the flood that happened there last year and was broadcasted on FOX5, then you should read below...

You shouldn't of said they're the size of cats now you'll have to pay a pet deposit for each one and the'll also tack on 25 bucks a month for each one of you "pets"

I can agree with the roaches! I have found 2 today! In our bathroom! I am a stay at home mom and i am constantly cleaning so it surprises me to find roaches! It is disgusting, I have a 3 year old and a baby on the way I do not want them living here!
