I've lived in the apartments close to a year now. Our apartment unit looks nice (It's remodeled) But there are bad odors coming from both of our restroom toilets. We could even smell bleach coming out of them the other day. The amenites are a false promise, the pool was remodled but the tenants have been locked out for weeks at a time because the pool or hot tub are not up to health code.We have currently been locked out for 6 weeks now because they have to prepare to pass the Henderson Water Codes for 2009. They even locked us out on vetrans day. The gym has new equipment that is not being maintained, they haven't even installed the workout programs on the machines, so you can only work at a manual setting. The printer in the computer lab is always out of paper or ink. Any concern you go to the office for is responded with. " It's been ordered" It doesn't take 3 weeks to get printer ink delivered. We have to pay an additional $3.00 adminsitration fee a month just to have our rent bill mailed to our homes from corporate. It's ridiculous that the management will give tours to possible tenats and show the amenities when WE CAN NEVER USE THEM! During the summer the sprinkler system was a mess. I'm talking raging waters on our walkways, they didn't keep to Henerson County's water schedule so they wasted water and racked up the bill and the tenats are charged $37.00 water bill compared to $15.00 in the spring season. An apartment caught on fire a few months ago and seriously a van came at 2:00 in the morning to take a deceased body away from the apartments.Their were 3 other tenants present to back up my facts about the deceased body. I've also overheard tenants talking about one of the maintenance men who lives on the property is selling narcotics out of his apartment. They should drug test their employees regularly. The only benefit to this apartment is the location. Your close to everything. The management needs to open up and maintain our amenites.

I agree with all the tenant has stated and I have been here longer. The previous owners were much more organized and friendly. I noticed we are loosing numbers regularly. Last weekend the moving vans were everywhere.
