This apartment complex has good roommate floorplans. As a consequence, however, there are alot of young people here. I think it's great. The grounds are pretty active. The pool is very well heated. The weight room is well supplied, and the racquetball court is rarely in use. It can get a bit noisy here, but it doesn't bother me. And I like the fact that my neighbors don't complain if I'm noisy sometimes.

Oh yeah, and parking is not assigned. That's a selling point, too, because my friends don't have to park a block away if they come over.
