The Montego Bay apts. are a joke. The manager looks you in the face and smiles when you have a complaint. She promises to take care of it and then forgets it as soon as you leave. She now advertises "free rent". You can only guess what low lifes that brings in. Tires on the vehicles are constantly being slash, beer bottles smashed against vehicles and the apartment walls and to make matters worse they have a group of kids starting fires. Two weeks ago it was a dumpster fire. Last week it was the stortage buildings. How long before it is a occupied complex. Security' What a joke. There is none.They said they want to hire one security guard at night but not for every night. One security guard is a joke. If he doesn't get hurt it will be a miracle. For the most part the parents let their kids run wild. They are left alone while the parents work all hours. I have seen kids out screaming and yelling in the middle of the night. Cars race around the complex and no one does anything. Even if they work for the complex they look away or say "it is not my job"..I think some one should get rid of the stupid manager and hire someone who can actually do the job. And yes..when my lease is up..I am sooooo gone. Also under the landlord tenant laws, this place is suppose to be kept clean. There has been a cat litter box laying outside my complex for over three weeks. I have to sweep and pick up trash around my area because no one who works here ever walks thru my area. I wonder how many complaints the Henderson Police and Fire depts. have here. Maybe I will check :)

I agree as well. Does anyone know how we can get rid of the entire staff?? Could we petition?? We should do something. I don't know what but I am most definitely in if anyone has any suggestions. I can't wait for my lease to be up.
