This is how residents are to get a hold of corporate
They have NO idea how poor there properties are doing. YOU PAY THIER PAYCHECK AND THEY GO TO THEIR NICE COOL AND COZY HOME. WHAT DO YOU GET'
also become well versed in hud laws....fight back do not put up with all of this!

ok she called me back to tell me that she doesn't manage this property, Graystar does and we have to contact them, she only manages human resources. She could not provide contact information for graystar ... how convenient.

Honestly I would send a letter via certificate mail or contact channel 13 plus have a few dissatisfied people do it with you. The are great for assisting.
Do not let them take advantage of you. I would help if you need it. I am a previous manager with Montego Bay but I had enough of the dirty politics
