We've only been here a few months, but the office staff is rude, they don't return phone calls, are very un-helpful, practically roll their eyes at you if you ask for anything.

Before you moved in, they were so helpful, saying "Don't worry about anything" and "No stress." But after moving in, the demeanor completely changes.

We have stopped even going into the office for any reason, except to pay rent, because of the way we are treated. Of the three people I have seen in the office, only one is halfway likable and helpful.
