When I first moved in 3 yrs ago, the manager and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Just about a month or so ago, new management was hired and the residents were not notified except for when we walked in the office and noticed different people working. The new management and staff could careless about you and your problems. They are NOT friendly or helpful with the exception of one staff member. Other than that, if someone if parked in your stall, they put a notice on the person's car, wait 24 hours, and then call the tow company. The previous place that I lived immediately called the tow company. No questions asked. The maintenance workers are nice, competent, and fix your problems well. The answering machine which forwards you to security after hours is not always forwarded which leaves you stranded until morning if you have a problem that's not worth calling the police. Sometimes the front gate is broken and it doesn't deter people because they just wait at the gate until someone else comes in. There's people trying to sell me products and religion. Now, you're not allowed to have pets. When I moved in, you could have pets, but luckily they didn't tell me that I had to get rid of them or else I would get rid of Napa Valley from my life. And you never have the same neighbor for more than 6 months. In the 3 years here, I have had 9 different neighbors. I would not recommend living here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
