Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
this place has gone down hill. they cant even make up there mind what color they want the building to be. I have waited for a whole year for a parking spot and i have never gotten one. now they up the rent and want to charge for water and sewer and garbage...what are they offering in return' the only good thing I can say is that the new maintence man they hired Dave is a keeper...courteous, promt and knows whats hes doing...he reallly knows what customer service means...maybe he should become the manager bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
