Living here about 3 1/2 yrs & the place has steadily gone downhill. It was very nice & clean, grounds kept up.
The rent is high and increases every yr, not worth it. They called my bank when I moved here and they certainly don't care who the tenants are now. I believe it's like a Section 8 place w/out the Section 8. Drug addicts, children begging, people that clearly can't afford this place, lots of orange eviction notices.
Mgmt are smart-a-----. Unfriendly but real friendly when it's time to renew the lease.
Just don't care & I know there are better places to live.
Dog poop everywhere, mgmt doesn't do anything about noise from barking dogs to teenagers screaming at 5AM.
I am a great tenant & mgmt doesn't do anything to improve conditions or acknowledge tenants that pay rent on time .
Just keep it up- all good tenants are leaving and the riff-raff will get kicked out eventually.
I have to say that I do like my apt itself, but other conditions make it very hard to live here.
