I read thru some of these reviews and one of them almost fits me to a 'tee'.. I've lived here just over 3 years.. and I'm out as soon as my lease is up in a few months.. not soon enough for me.. I've had it. Discount for resigning suddenly disappeared.. no warning. I agree about the lack of upkeep and the ppl who live here now. It use to be a select group that lived here and the community represented that. Now we have police cars, beer cartons and trash everywhere. Fighting and slamming and just overall gang atmosphere on too many occasions. The ofc is a bunch of dingbats and so is the MAIN OFC if you call there (going over this ofc's head). They switched mgmt, these idiots are no better. I went in the ofc once screaming that one of them was so rude to me on the phone. You can call the ofc, no one answers (you get a recording they are out showing an apt) and you walk down there and they are all in there doing nothing but staring in space. The ofc is NOT open the hours they are supposed to be. Repairs well, try 6 times to fix one thing and still not fixed.. this applies to many problems.. plus crappy carpet and the worse cheapest appliances possible. Grounds have abosolutely gone to hell and that's why i'm leaving.. beautiful trees have been decimated by the idiot grounds keepers, along with the beautiful blooming trees and bushes that are no more. then there's the damn dust cuz they never replace all the missing gravel in the landscaping.. i've asked every year for them to replace it and they just smile. My balcony is so full of dirt daily i can't use it. Right now the pool lights have been out for almost a month.. why' this happened a couple years ago and i waited 3 wks to ask why they were out, and asked don't they think it's dangerous for ppl to be swimming in the pitch black.. they were on the next day.. let's see how long it takes this time.. as i said it's been a month.. if you want crappy appliances and carpet.. ofc staff that are useless come on in!! Its just gotten worse since they allow anyone to move in.. it totally affects the complex.. the other mgmt was a disgrace. . this isn't much better..
