Beauty is only skin deep. I hated living here! The rent was too high and you pretty much payed for nothing. The neighbors are usually very loud and the office does nothing about it. A good perk is that the gym is open 24 hrs, but while working out, I often see the security gaurd watching tv in there. The pool is horribly maintained as well as the bathrooms. when hanging out by the pool, you can hear people in the sauna involved in sexual activity. Theyre clubhouse is never opened. Also, don't be fooled by their gate. The office is within the gates subsequently leaving the gates open all the time so potential renters can get in as well as other unidentified persons. the driving room within the complex is limited beyond the office and is difficult to manuever in as a two lane roadway. Kids are seen more often then not doing drugs and drinking around the complex. Alot of main streets aroun so its hard to sleep with the sound of cars and occasional sirens. If your unit is closest to whitney ranch dr, u better get used to sirens because the fire department makes frequent visits too the complex across the streets. Another perk is that there is a huge mall and a casino down the street as well as shopping plazas behind the complex. the casino does present problems during weekends and vacations as drunks can be heard roming the streets afterhours. Overall, i suggest you keep looking.
