THis place is a dump, it may look great from the outside but beware! The manager could care less about the tenants, she is the most unfriendly arrogant I have ever met that is allowed to continue in her job there.
The assistant is just as bad and could care less about anyone but herself.
IF you want something fixed, forget it.
They will be all nice to you when you are looking but don't waste your time.
They do take section 8, I know this and they will lie! The buildings are not kept up, the grounds are filthy, there are shootings (did you read the news') drugs deals, car vandalism, apartment breaks ins....should I go on' if you try to complain they treat you like scum, if you can get to talk to somebody.
the manager hides in her office with the blinds closed and won't address anything.
the assistant is too stupid to do anything either.
Don't try to call the regional because she is trailer park trash like them so don't waste your breath.
they only care about collecting rent, thats it, so if thats what your'e looking for, then sign on the dotted line.
