i don't understand the negative reviews at all...the floorplans are awesome...all one bedrooms are corner apts with no neighbors except on bathroom and kitchen side, and some apts have a double balcony, one out of bedroom and one out of livingroom over looking very plush courtyards. all units have washer/dryer, garage, dishwasher, huge bathtub, and fireplace. and i have never seen one single cockroach in two years of living here! there are over thirty buildings here so i guess it's possible there are some areas not so nice, and two different pools. i don't know what the smaller pool is like, but the main pool area is beautiful and quiet and clean. and my building is EXTREMELY quiet! Yes, there are sacrifices. It isn't the most top notch place in town, but it is fabulous for the price and definitely is NOT below average or even average. every area of the complex i have seen is very clean and quiet and well lit. Office and maintenance staff are very nice. neighbors are normal. never saw a crack -----..' didn't hear about the shooting, but i don't think it was in our complex, just on the street somewhere. i feel completely safe here. the inside of the apts are layed out beautifully and upper units have high ceilings. it isn't a bad neighborhood either...i looked at a ton of apartments and this one was one of the best. maybe if you are from a small town in ohio it seems bad, but honestly, anywhere you live in vegas, you are going to come across "transients" this whole town is FULL OF THEM! i physically looked at probably 20 apts all over this whole town, and this complex was in my top five. EVERY single apt complex i looked at had drawbacks. the negative about this one, i would say, is that the front gate is broken a lot. that is true. and they don't segregate those who have children from those who don't...but how many places honestly do that' i like it here...
