I rented in 2005 and can't relate to now however I felt a positive response is long overdue.

Positives:

Quiet, Safe, and Clean

Used the gym often...once in a while one of the treadmills would need service.but overall a great value.

The pool always appeared crystal clear and maintained.

The area is isolated and in a superb location to everything needed.

All of our guests left with a good impression.

Security does their job....always saw them on patrol...once told me to lower the volume of one of get togethers..which in all respects was funny & understandable.

Negatives:

Parking sometimes was maybe 20 feet further than your "favorite spot"...but only a real issue when inviting guests since they wouldn't get your "favorite spot".

The front gate---makes the community feel secure but yes. I do remember it having issues but understand that sucker must open and close about 2,000 times a day....it's not a MAYTAG''!!


Mixed Feelings:

The staff sometimes seemed snooty...but when it came down to answering questions and responding, they did react. AT that time they had some very lovely young assistants...soooo it was always worth a peak at the minimum--lol

I wish the washer & dryer were full size, but at that time it was sufficient for a family of 3.

this is the worst place to live. I discovered a bunch of nasty black bugs in my kitchen for months and management as stupid as they are tried to tell me that they were just ants!!!! Management are rude and never are they answering their phones...this was the worst place to live and if you are a student looking for somewhere to live save your self the trouble and spend a little more money and go elsewhere its worth it!
