Once you sign the lease, they have you. Poor management. Nasty and rude. Greedy, all they care about is collecting the money. Their answer to everything is "we are not responsible"! Poor scurity and lighting... Our vehicle was broken into and damaged. Cops in the complex all the time... What maintenance they have is not worth the wait. Paid nonrefundable fees and still charged fees upon moving out. We were new to the Vegas Area and didn't have a clue. What a mistake!
