I have been a resident of " The Pines " for the past five years ......

The apartment complex is landscaped very well , ample parking spaces , and very secure ...., and well lit ....

The apartment mangement insure that the apartment you leased is well kept , is freshly painted , and the carpeting cleaned by professionals before you move into it!

The mail boxes are centrally located and well lit , in the evening hours ...
The management furnishes air filters for the central air conditioning and heating furnaces ..

Maintenance is handled professionally and dealt with , professionally , as needed ,
or by the maintenance people on-site ......

The apartments are spacious , have nice appointements .

such as , mirrored wardrobes, fire places , roman tubs, walk-in closets , and other features that any tenant would be pleased with ...

The apartment complex easily accesses the local 215 and I-15 , 93/95 major freeways nearby ....

The apartment complex also has " Rules and Procedures " that you have to follow....

and , if you want a quite place to live , where management has rules and procedures to benefit " You The Tenant " , then you will be happy living here as a resident ..

I can speak from experience with dealing with the management , and all I can say is , when I first began to look for an apartment in , The Green Valley Area , I looked at many of the nearby apartment complexs , and none matched the benefits that " The Pines " had to offered , and therefore , my 5 year tenancy with a very well managed apartment complex ...
