The Pines is a nice, quiet and safe place to live. The square footage of the apartments is larger than most and the washer/dryer in each unit adds to the appeal. The landscaping is well done and kept up. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Management has always been friendly and responsive to the few problems I've encountered. The location is close to shopping, dining and entertainment facilities yet nestled in the midst of a nice residential area.
