I have lived at The Pines, in the same apartment for 11 years.

I am very pleased with the management and how they insure the safety and the apartment and grounds maintenance.

My experience has been that when there is a disregard for the rules, the staff appropriately deal with the person violating the rules, rather than either letting things go, which would lead to other issues.
