I lived at the pines for 18 months. It was nice and quiet, good size apartment. Well maintained. Nice location. Well lit at night. My only complaint was the amenities, or I should say LACK OF AMENITIES. If they are going to charge the same as other places they should put some upgrades in the apartments and make them look nicer. There is no clubhouse, no complimentary coffee or newspaper, no business center. The gym is a joke. It looks more like a playroom for the managers daughter. The room is small to begin with and they have the machines so close together to make room for their kids play houses. Then it's only open during office hours, and those aren't very consistent. I joined a gym. The leasing office needs a major makeover. The furniture looks ancient and dirty. I had no problems with maintenance or staff,they live on the property. I moved to a much more modern apartment comprable in size, free WI/FI in the clubhouse and a decent fitness center for $20.00 cheaper.
