I've lived here for almost two years. Yes, the staff is a little flaky, but like my neighbors, they usually don't stay long. Sure, mail gets stolen some times, but management says that they can't control that.
Why I'm writing this review...it's Saturday and I walked down to the clubhouse to pay my rent early (and maybe get a month's free rent for doing so), and it was closed from noon until 1 pm. At 1pm there was a sign saying "back at 1:45". Mildly irritating. I'm off to try to pay rent for a third time.

They will do a direct debit if you ask. No late rent our "out-to-lunch" staff to worry about.
