I lived in this complex for a while; > 5 years. I think these ratings are on the harsh-side. I have found the complex: Nicely located, relatively quiet, maintained well. I do agree the elder maintenace guy is gruff/rough-around-the edges, but for the Green Valley area, as a whole, it is a nice value.
