Portofino, for some reason cannot keep their managers, the list is too long to document in the 3 years, here. IF you are not fast with your walker and don't check your mail, in a timely manner, forget getting to the so called public Mail boxes located in the club house for everyone during the weekends, the Management offices are closed and so is the entire building.
Forget trying to get your carpets cleaned there is not a professional way of submitting a request just "they will get back with you" another words don't call us we will call you!
Remember if you decide to move there you are paying rent for the roaches, and ants too, trash rooms are always full to the brim.
Security doors are in place in all buildings, however they never work back in the day you received a card to scan over the security , but hey the doors are always open for anyone come right in!!
