I mean, pretty much. Everything is okay. The only thing that has happened in the many years I have lived here would be the couple cars that have been broken into. Mine was broken into, the brand new radio was stolen, seats were ripped up, the works. The other persons car was right up front. The security was a 65 yr old man and well...enough said. They recently changed the security and nothing has happened so far. Also, in the years living here someone's apt. was broken into and the person stole their cat, "allegedly". Cops aren't usually seen in here. I don't have any problems noise wise. Everything is pretty quite for the most party. You know how Saturday nights car be though' One thing I don't like is the fact that people don't pick up their animal poop in the grass. They say at the office that you'll get fined but I honestly don't know. As far as the pools go...one of the pools gate is always left open so people who don't live here sometimes use the pools but they're not loud or anything. Never seen any sexual activity or anything. Parking at night is okay. There are usually spaces available and if you have to walk far, you'll usually see the security guard patrolling. Now, anyway. The staff are okay but they did have a car of mine towed once and didn't give me 24 hr notice which pissed me off. When I asked them to call the tow company to help out the "boss" stricktly said no. Anyway, it's a pretty cheap and okay place to live. In 5 years though...everything seems to be falling apart! Maybe it's just me but I mean...eh.
