We moved into the Apartments from 2007/2008 and it was ok untill my appliances starting crapping out on us. We started getting floods in our kitchen and come to find out the upstairs water heater was leaking from top apt to our downstairs apt. so they came and fixed that. Then out out of date washer started leaking and then they had to order me a new one. Then we still had water on our floor and our fridge would be on the high side of cold then it would freeze and if it was too low it would be warm and then the ice would melt and it would leak out onto the floor. Then my disposal would crap out on me atleast 3 times before we left. Management was nice Ann and Felicia were great. Which they are no longer there. Anyway a month before we left they started converting into desert landscaping. I was disappointed i liked all the grass it had. We had a decent stay.
