Major concern: total lack of recycling AND hideous and unsanitary trash areas. Some tenants are extremely careless about their trash and trash bags (some with spilled contents), can be seen DAILY on the ground next to the bins in the trash areas. The floor in the trash areas are simply nasty.
Second concern: unattended tenant's children have occasionally vandalized cars (broken antennas and stolen accessories).
Problem tenants and/or problem tenant's children should be addressed and dealt with by management.
Strong positive: excellent response time from maintenance team. Always helpful and ready to help.
Complex is relatively new and in good condition.
