I have lived here for almost one year. In the beginning it was nice. Now the bugs are everywhere outside at night which I am sure is the desert weather. BUT, I am inundated with ants and the office staff said it was because of the heat!!! I don't think so. The staff in the beginning were reasonably responsible but now with the new people they have in there you can forget getting any attention with your problems. They DO RUSH you out the door and make you feel like you are imposing on their time and English is sometimes a barrier!!!! I can't wait to buy my own home.

This place is also kind of getting "white trashy" if you know what I mean. The front gate is ALWAYS broken. Their pool is usually sandy. Their lounge chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. They say they spray every Tuesday but I have yet to see anyone. AND they raised the rent six months after I moved in.
