If you are considering moving to Remington Canyon, while you are here, take a long, hard look around. Take a look at the condition of the grounds - the landscaping, the outside of the buildings, (patched a year ago, but never painted), the pet droppings, everywhere; the dumpsters, all the unsupervised children riding bicycles and skateboards on the sidewalks and in narrow driveways - DANGER - the padlocks on all of the mailboxes, and the condition of the pool and rec room; then ask yourself, "Do I really want to live here'" The police have been here, twice, during the past two weeks...Complete with lights blazing, and bullhorns blasting. Nice, huh'
Take some advice from those who live here. Don't.

the apartments are painted!!!! wow and the colors are awesome.... if the poilice are there they were probably at your apt so don'tcomplain if you are the one with the issue. i love living here and there are so many people who think these are private owned homes. if you want luxury then go buy a home. if you don't want to hear your neighbors then buy a house with an acre of property. if you want custom conceirge service go lease a high rise at the trump. We are able to keep and use our grill, have our pets, and we don't pay for our parking spot or keys to the pool. we love the price ( you get what y ou pay for) i would recommend living or moving here to most people... NOT NOT NOT to those i lalalalalal land... GET REAL PEOPLE THIS IS AN APARTMENT..... AND A PRETTY GOOD ONE AT THAT...
