I personally love the floor plan at Silver Pines- it is huge and the price is more than reasonable. You get a washer dryer and dishwasher. I have had no problems with management thus far. However as for safety this apt has had many murders of both adults and parents killing their young children. It makes it a little hard to sleep at night. As for noise it just depends on who you live next door to. Either you deal with it or you fight it out. (or at least that is how I have been handling it LOL) Kids do seem to run a muck at night- in the streets and what not without supervision but for the most part they are not doing anything "bad". You just have to be very careful when backing out. Parking is covered when you can get to it- most of the time you can. The interior of the apartment is well worth the bull that is on the exterior. You just have to keep in mind that even though the apt itself is nice most of the people living in them are ghetto. My advise is live here but keep a low profile and you will be fine.
