Basic Housing with Nothing Special

Although the Mgr and Asst. Mgr are good people, the quality of the property needs to be upgraded, or the rents reduced.
It is difficult to see spending 1100 or more per month for something that ought to look a lot better.

As of 5/2009 One bedrooms 825 Two Bedroom/Two Bath 905 Three Bedroom/Two Bath 1050. Rent changes at all apartments all the time, there are specials that run, and it depends on the market and economy. I guess back in 2004-2006 the economy was better or something...but this statement is no longer valid.
