Parking is tricky, only one spot for each apartment and few unassigned spots. Security guards rarely seen, car theft high.

Parking is like any other complex, one place per apartment. I have searched 15 apartments in the last 3 years, all of them have only allowed one assigned spot. I see the Security guard at least 5 nights a week.
