My fiance lived in a 1 bedroom apartment at South Valley Ranch for 11 months. Before the 12th month he enlisted into the Air Force. The scheduled time for him to ship to basic training wasn't until after his contract with the apartment complex was up, then things changed (as they often do with military life) and he had to leave before the 12 months. He did everything possible to forewarn the apartment complex and make adequate arrangements before leaving. However, the people at this apartment complex were very rude and not helpful after they realized he needed to get out of the contract one month early. Since then I have had to deal with them and they are rude to me also. One young office worker there raises her voice, is short worded, and rolls her eyes at just about every question I have. On top of the crappy service, in the ONE YEAR that my fiance lived there, him and I were witness to TWO SHOOTINGS!!! One of which resulted in a man's unresolved death! (The second was the result of OVER 75 kids partying at one apartment.) If you are shoving out as much money as they're asking to pay for the rent, then you'd expect far better service than they give.

i love the fact that i can come home and feel safe walking to my door or even to take out the trash the security officer here is great!!it really makes this a great place to live.

It's too bad people can write reviews like this when none of it is true. That may have happened to the reviewer but not at South Valley Ranch. Perhaps an apartment community with a similar name???? Please be careful before you trash the wrong apartment commununity and the nice people who work there.

On the contrary to the previous review, it is good to read that people do not lie about a place like this one. The office staff, especially Jeff is the worst. The are always mean and very rude to you. The money is their specialty and they don't really care about their tenants or possible tenants in the way they should. Thank you for not lying about the office staff attitude, because every single words written in the main review is true. Thanks to you complex like this are being rating properly.

If the management was harassing military renters there are laws that the apartment complex has to follow. You have access to military assistance all you needed to do was get an officer to write a letter and then they would have to comply. Maybe you were given attitude, but people out here give everyone attitude for everything. Get over it. 75 people would not be able to fit in any of the apartments,even the 3 bedrooms, there are police that live here and have lived here for the last 5 years, if there was a party it would be shut down. I have searched the LVPD and Henderson Police records for the two shootings and I cannot find any records that support your statement. You must be confused.
