I have lived in Suuth Valley Ranch for 3 years, now. The bulidings have always been kept up, the grounds are clean, the management has always reponded quickly with any issue that has come up. I appreciate the amenities (pool, high speed internet, etc.) and love the community this property is in. The community is built around a great Henderson park - basketball, baseball, tennis, horseshoes, volleyball & a playground for the kids. I think this is a great place to live.
