South Valley Ranch Apartments

Could be better, Could be worse.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for about 2 months. So far....eh. When I moved in, the apt manager did a super fast run through and made me sign off saying everything was in good condition. After further inspection, the kitchen sink has some spots that have white spray paint over them. There are stains on the kitchen counter that won't come off. The shower in the guest bathroom had a huge hole or something right around where the shower head is. It looks horrible and whatever was used to patch it is crumbling. The walls are paper thin so you hear just about everything. My neighbors across and below from me listen to loud, thumping music at all hours of the night. They smoke out on their balconies and if my sliding door is open, the smoke seems to come in. On the positive side, the grounds are kept up very well. Having a pool and 2 hot tubs that are open 24-7 is nice. It's a safe and nice environment w/ a fabulous park about 1-2 blocks away. It's not horrible, but I think you could find something better for the money.
