I lived in this apartment complex for two years and never had any problems. Management and the office staff were always very helpful. We started ina 2 bedroom and after about a year some family "issues" happened and my parents were forced to live with us for a while. It was very easy and fast for us to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. They were willing to apply our deposits to the new apt so we didnt have to re-pay them again. During a time when I was having problems with my phone they allowed me to use their office phone (While I sat on hold for who knows how long) They were also very friendly to my boys. They always had cookied to give out to the kids and all the kids knew that they could pick them up after school.
Whenever I needed somthing fixed it was handles promptly. There was actually a time when our air conditioner went out and we were forced to stay the night at Sunset Station. Management rembursed us the total cost and the cost of food. Our air conditioner was fixed early the next morning.
Overall, this apartment complex was great and I would live there again. The only reason we left was because we were not zoned for Jr High we wanted to go to. (the zoning is weird there. We were zoned for the right Elementary school but the Jr high is different instead of the one that is next door to the Elem. school we were going to. So basically the Elem school is Treem but the Jr High is not White, its zoned for Courtney) If this was not the case we would never have left.

The office staff are not helpful, whoever wrote that they are helpful it is obviouly a lie. Jeff is a rude person who doesn't care about the welfare of the tenants. He lies telling you that what he really wants is to see the client happy, but once you give your money to him his attitude changes completely. He becomes an unresonable, unfriendly and rude --hole. I don't know why the management allows this kind of person sell and promote their complex. Definitely Jeff constitutes the must not for this complex. Remember that once you sign the contract and give your money to him there is no turning back. You will be stuck till the end of your contract dealing with this kind of rude persons who aren't willing to help you even with the common problems you might encounter in this complex.

IM sorry you had such a bad experience. Jeff and the other staff always treated me and my family with nothing but respect. Rememberm you get what you give. Maybe you were unfriendly and rude and thats what you got in return. If your thinking about renting here I still say do it. As long as you give respect, you get respect!
