I tried to get into these apartments for a couple years, the scenary was just awsome. The grounds are very well kept and the staff is one that well, you just don't find anymore. They were VERY helpful and kind. I finally got in and lived there for 2 years and the apartment and my expirience was just unforgetable. I will not forget Lorin, Jeff and the others who made my stay a pleasure. I would recomend these to anyone who would like to get what you pay for and then some for a little icing on the cake. You will all be missed. Thank you.

i hhate jeff he is so rude and races and dey just dont treat rite i recomend that no one lives here i am so glad am out of that horrible place

Jeff is the worst person in that place. He is rude and doesn't care about people. Once you meet him you will find out that these words are true. I agree with you about him. Every time you have a problem in your unit you have to deal with him and his horrible attitude. he thinks he is maing you a favor instead of remembering thta you're paying for living over there as well as for his salary. The management is horrible, there are better places where you can rent for the same price.

These comments are ridiculous! First of all, I have lived here since March of 2006 and have had no problems at all. Any maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner and I have always had nice conversations with the management. One other thing....learn how to spell and how to complete sentences before you comment on this site, it makes you look incompetent and your thoughts seem to have no validity. I would recommend South Valley Ranch to anyone looking for an affordable place to live and enjoy!
