I live here now and have been living at SVR for over 2 years. I moved here from Chicago and never had a chance to see my apartment before I moved to Las Vegas. I was not disappointed and have been extremely happy living here since day one. It's quiet and the grounds are well kept and the management staff is awsome. I have read some of these reviews and decided to respond to these unfair and untrue charges. I have always had a pleasant experience in dealing with ALL of the staff. I guess if you're rude, you'll get rude in return and if you're nice and respectful, you get nice and respectful in return. Also, the only time I see the police here is because they live here! Do ya think they're going to live in a bad unsafe place''' Like everyone else, I would like to pay less for everything. However, you get what you pay for and I do feel that you are getting your money's worth at SVR. Whiners and complainers need not apply. RENT NOW!!!
