My husband and I have lived here since March of 2008. We have a neighbor who has lived here since 1999. We are all very satisfied with this complex. It is a quiet, safe, clean and well kept facility. We have not had any issues with the front office staff. (If you don't like one of the staff members then you just request the one you want to talk to for all your needs.) We have teachers, police, firemen, casino workers, EMT, nurses, and electricians all living here. This has managed to run off any "non-desirable" neighbors and has helped keep this area safer. I see the security guard at least 5 days a week. He lives at the complex and has even assisted us in finding our apartment when we first moved in. Any issues with the facility are fixed within 24 hours. As with most apartment complexes you get one assigned parking, I have never lived at a place where you get more than one. The workout room is a small room with a few machines. If you want state-of-the-art then join a gym. There was an issue with dog feces and the management was diligent in making sure dog owners were held responsible for their pets. My friends and family have visited from other states, this is our third apartment in the Vegas area, all of them have said this has been the nicest place we have lived. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
