i have lived here for 5 months,when my lease is up i am gone,shoddy construction,ie:paper thin walls,floors and ceilings,i live downstairs,people walking upstairs can easily be heard,not to mention stereos or tv`s,if someone is using the bathroom you will hear it.kids playing on the walkways spew gravel all over,i almost broke and ankle from stepping on a rock while on the walk to my front door.in winter expect cold air blowing in from the outside from the gaps between window and the jamb.as noted in the other review sleeping will be a problem,you will not fall asleep if your upstairs neighbors are up and about.i feel for the rent they are charging you can do much better in this area.
