While I appreciate the reviews that other residents have provided I have had a different experiance.The management has been great and I sleep like a baby. Apartment living is not for everybody, but for the price and location it can not be beat. One thing that I looked into before moving in is the Metropolitan Crime Watch web site, as well as Sex Offenders web site. You can actually type in the address that you are thinking of moving too and it will give you the number of offenses and sex offenders with their addresses. In the past 6 months there has only been 1 offense within 1/4 mile from these apartments and that works for me. Where I lived before, in Summerlyn there was 30 auto thefts alone. and that was in one month. Hopefully, things have changed since the last posting and the complex has changed for the better. So far so good.

Victoria is a very BAD property manager, i spoke to her and she was very unprofessional ( using bad languege ). I was going to get an apartment here, but to many complaints and im going to have both of my kids with me for the summer. She showed us a unit and it had a foul smell plus someone banging from the upstairs unit, Duxks swimming in the pool. Its just very bad. her appearance showing us the units was very very unprofessional. Dont even bother trying to move here its very bad and shes very unprofessional.
