Yes there is a SEX OFFENDER living there!!!! Check it out for yourself at Watchdog.com.... management is so bad, never doing there job, allways outside smoking, nothing gets fixed (unless your her friends), apts. smell like piss all the time. This is truely the ghetto of Green Valley!!!

How about the drug dearler in the black car. Soon as he gets in it day or night the bass will stop what you are doing at the time. It's his theme music. What a clown. You can hear him coming from a mile away. Sex offenders and drug dealers and gang members. Perfect companions for the manager.
