We had very noisy neighbors all the way around us, when we would call in and report them it didn't do any good. We had a lot of maintainance problems. We lived downstairs and there was a leak coming from above us, we called several times about it. It took over a week to get to us. When they finally did fix it, it only lasted about a month before it started leaking again. When they came back, we had a hole in our wall/celing for about a month. It leaked all over our counter tops, and ruined them. WE had to pay for it because when we told maintainance what happened they "forgot" to write it down. There were stray cats that would pee in front of our front door, so it would always smell. We were entirely too close to Sunset Road, so it was always loud when we tried to sleep. The people above us had about 6 or 7 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment. When we complained to the manager she did nothing about it. They towed my car because I went out of town for a week and they thought it was abandoned. When I came back and called them about it they just said "oops, there is nothing we can do, you have to pay for it". On top of all that, when we were ready to move out we didn't get our deposit back, we had to pay more money, because they didn't keep things in our file up to date.
I would NOT reccomend Sunset Winds apartments to ANYONE, unless you like to subject yourself to torture.
