I am very desapointed they called the tow truck twice and spend near 300. Everyone park where ever they want. The security never there for your safety only to report was covinience to them. If just everyone that had an incident will get together and get a good lawyer. If need more information please call me 702-465-7050. Before you rent please do your research. I had to replace the tire of my vehicle twice and repaint my car. One of the tenance had the windshield broken. When the pool was open we had lot of noice. I called many times i can not sleep. If you ever do it on line like I did. rent.com. Make sure you see the actual place before signing any document. Take pictures of the nasty place before you get it. If you don't you will end up paying for all the damage already at the place. Just look at a Camden like Pointe....big difference. I am lucky I m not there anymore. I hope someday the owner can fix that. Its not only about making money. Its also about keeping a good customer relations.
