This was the most horrible complex from day 1. Imagine completing all of your paperwork at the office and then being shown your apartment. You walk in and it's dark, damp, musty and reaks of an animal. You have an alergy attack by just standing in the doorway. The apartment was not cleaned at all from the previous tenants. You find urine and animal fecies in the closets and under appliances. Everything was broken or not in order. We had to leave the apartment, instead of move items in, while they called some trailer trash cleaners to get the apartment in order(smoking in your apartment while cleaning). It took them 3 days to make the minor repairs, as the larger ones would be "installed the day that they arrived." The manager there is feared by her employees. If you have a dispute and need to speak with the manager, she will not come out and speak with you, just send her messengers back and forth to communicate. Beware of moving out. They will charge you for everything and anything. We were supposed to receive new blinds upon move-in, which were never installed. They therefore charged us for damaged window blinds upon move-out. I called the owner of the complex and I am still waiting for his call months later. The manager will not let you voice your concern. The staff has no business ethhics and I ponder their credentials. If you ever need a grocery cart - the security guard will be happy to bring you one - he brings one to the complex weekly from Smith's. The heted pool is not heated. Solicitors always come to your door and countless flyers are on your porch.

Obviously, this is an inmature youngster who has no clue about what he is talking about. He is such a big man that he had to stay anonymous. Chicken! We know who you are. Why dont you tell them the real truth slob!
