This complex sucks!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I have been living here for 8 months now and within the first week our refridgerator and dryer had to be replaced and we had issues with the hot water not working in one of the bathrooms. Since then, we have had problems with the neighbor's smoke seeping into our apt and noisy dogs who bark all day and night. Managment is not helpful at all about these issues.
