The apartments are poorly constructed. I hear almost every step taken by the people who live above me. Fortunately, I rarely hear them talking or their television - but I do hear every bang or door slam. So it's difficult to sleep at night.
The people who live here go from gangstas to those fresh across the border to white trash.
The toilet in the workout room runs constantly. I've told the maintenance guy about it. He said, "Yeah, I know." But he has done nothing to fix it. So residents get to pay more for water because of his ineptness.
Many people have dogs. So the dogs bark at various times during the day.
For the price, it's just not worth it.
