This was a nice place to live, but over the last year things have gone south fast. The pool isn t taken cared of some residents have gotten rashes after using the pool. The gym has broken and unsafe equipment. The third in recent managers is not at all easy to talk to and becomes rude if you question anything about the complex. The builds are old and the windows have no weather stripping are drafty.
The only thing about this complex is the maintenance staffs, which have been friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. If the original manager was still here I would renew my lease even with the entire complexes faults, but with the recent staff changes .. Well let s just say I m looking.

Oh and the dogs are a pain in the butt...residents with dogs dont pick up their dog's droppings.

Good grief. We just got snow a few weeks ago. Who is in the pool????

Issues with the pool occured in the summer months, they have correct this problem, but we wont know until June.
