parking is good,maintenance is alright....but the people...if you like to party..dont make alot of money and or spend all your money on weed, meth, or coke....this is the the place for you...if you like hearing your neighbors argue or someones husband beating his wife YOU should live here....but if you do not like any of the above run away quick the worst 5 months EVER

Don't make this apartment complex your next home, you will definitely REGRET it. The staff here is horrible and the problems that you run into are horrible as well. You constantly hear people arguing, people partying and cops are always in this complex. Also, BUGS BUGS BUGS! No matter how many times you tell the staff here about the bugs, they just say its "normal" and do absolutely nothing about it. NO IT'S NOT NORMAL TO LIVE WITH BUGS! They have pest control come 2x a month, but really only let you get your apartment sprayed ONCE and the guy does a ------ job at it. But by all means, if you like living in a noisy, bug infested party central complex, then yes you should make this your next home. And if you don't like living with those things, THEN TURN AWAY NOW!
