The Equestrian on Eastern

Love this place! From: vegasjoce Date posted: 8/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We lived in the large 1-BR model for 1 year and were so happy there. We decided to move out and rent a room in a house from a friend for less per month. We loved this place so much. The staff is so friendly and you feel so safe in this community. When our kitchen and bathroom pipes had small leaks in them, maintenance was over there the next day to fix it all. Event he maintenance man was friendly!! The pools were great, our balcony was huge and everything was just so clean and nice. Also, they didn't allow things like working on your car in the parking lot so this kept the whole community looking great. I would DEFINITELY recommend living here, in fact, we're looking for a new apartment and will most likely go back and rent a 2-BR this time. The ONLY drawback to this apartment is that it is located on Eastern Ave. Eastern's traffic has increased significantly and it sometimes takes awhile to exit the complex. Other than that...it's a wonderful place to live!!
