Overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   The rent here is rediculous. Especially since the pool is usually filthy and closed; and the apartments are cramped (Clark County closed the main pool down for a few weeks in July, 2005 because of its filthy condition). If you are living here and plan to move, make sure that you take pictures of how you left your apartment. The Equestrian management will try to charge you for damages.
