My license plate was stolen by another person on the property, "closed gated community" is a joke, it's only open like 7-5 Monday thru Friday, then it's closed the rest of the time, unless it's broke, so then it's always open. When you are lucky enough to use the pool when it is actually open (not closed because of something stupid or because the health district shut it down), it is always disgusting, full of bugs and leaves, even after it's chemicals were fixed, hot tub doesn't work 80% of the time. I don't usually hear my neighbors unless they are running water, I will turn down my car stereo for you other tenants, sorry. When first moved in, fridge wasn't properly cleaned, had to toss all of our food, finally got a new fridge, dryer was supposed to be replaced, took for ever for that too, maintenance takes forever, the people in the office are so nice until you move in, then they turn their back - so rude. Shortest lease term is 13 months, all around a dump for being so close to Seven Hills and Anthem...charging way too much. Dog crap all over the grass, disgusting. Thank the Lord we have a nice neighbor to keep us sane. So many other things to complain about...not enough time.
